SanTranslate was born at Nottingham Trent University in 2001, when Dr Yu-San Chan and Mr Quang Luong began offering high-quality Chinese and English translations.
Within a year we'd grown to meet demand for other languages, like Japanese, Korean, Thai, Laos and Vietnamese.
Since 2003 we've been growing in the USA. Our work here includes commercial, financial, and religious publications.
In 2005 we added European language translation to our services - making us a one-stop shop for Western and Far Eastern languages.
With backing from the UK Trade & Investment, we now have a branch in Hong Kong, China. We're about to launch a private terminology database for our customers, and there's a copywriting service on the way too.
