Revision Policy

The level of quality assurance we offer is unique.

It's one reason why over 90% of our clients come back to us. Unlike any other service, we'll give you a whole five working days to discuss queries or revisions to your finished translation.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Revision means "to amend the translation document based on client's requirements or disputes".
  2. Final delivery means "the heading and/or subject of delivery, whether by e-mail, fax, post or any other channels".
  3. Revision does not include the re-writing or re-translation of the source content. Our revision service is only provided to those who purchase SanTranslate TEP (Translation, Editing & Proof-reading) services.
  4. In accordance with clause 3, the client has the right for unlimited revision within the first five days of SanTranslate final delivery, subject to the demand is of reasonable measure.
  5. SanTranslate reserves the rights not to revise the translation if the client has made any alteration to the translation provided by SanTranslate, or if SanTranslate acknowledges that the suggestion made by the client may alter the meaning of the original document.
