For Document and Website Translation
- Our prices are based on the word count from your source document.
- An extra 5% discount applies on projects of 20,000 words or more. [See our offers]
- A minimum charge policy applies for documents with less than 300 to 400 words (subject to the language required).
- Our standard delivery format for translations includes in MS Word, Excel and/or PDF.
- Powerpoint, HTM, PHP or ASP formats are subject to 10% surcharge. No programming charge applies.
- Graphs and charts requiring translation should be sent via email. If they are faxed or sent to us as a hard copy they would require a complete re-production of layout, which means that this service incurs an additional 25% surcharge.
- We always endeavour to meet our clients’ deadlines, but if you need the documents urgently, we will try our best to deliver within the timeline and an urgency charge may apply.
